This is old school Pike County hunting, this farm is exactly what the farms were when i came here hunting in the 1990's. This farm is a 162 acre property with rolling hills, tillable fields and thick brushy bottoms, that come right out of the giant wide open Illinois River bottoms. There are 28.75 acres of tillable that are spread out between the rolling hills and oak bottoms. There are two ponds and several small creeks that have year round water. The pictures speak a whole lot better than i do, and they don't do this farm justice. If you are looking for a farm to grow and hold your own deer, turkey and want some income off of it, this is your farm. This is why Pike county has such great whitetail deer hunting, lots of food, lots of water and lots of cover.
