250.082 surveyed acres of deer hunting thick overgrown brush and timber. This is the biggest slam dunk of a deal deer hunting farm I have listed right now. The majority of the farm is in WRP, which means no farming or grazing livestock, just hunting and recreational use. There is 5 acres that is not enrolled and you can use it how you want, it has a 48'x72' ft shed and also some concrete pads for camping, with power available. The only thing I would do, I would plant food plots on it near some of the thicker bedding areas. And according to the NRCS you can petition them to make food plots and trails to your stands. This property has great access, great bedding and cover, the property has a creek, a pond and a river and one day it will have timber income. The owner never had cameras out, but there is great deer sign and I jump deer every time I'm there. Its so thick that its hard to get good pictures on it, the seller planting food plots on it now.
